This Entire Week

This entire week I have been sick. It started Saturday evening almost right after puppy training class. I had the aches, swollen tonsils, fever, and severe pain. Monday night it was so bad I only slept an hour and a half before I had to get up again and just wait for time to pass. Finally when the dr offices were open no one could see me until 2pm, I would have been dead by 2pm but finally went to care now. They saw me, it helped a little bit but the other day I had to go to my regular dr and get something different and for sure more pain pills. They took one look at me and said oh wait your swelling isn't going down in your lymph nodes. So I am on stronger antibiotics, more pain meds and now we are just waiting for things to heal. Tomorrow I have another puppy training class to go to and I can't miss that, I don't want to miss that, I shouldn't have to miss that. You think a person could be better by now. What is going on? I really don't want my tonsils out but gosh if that's what I gotta do to feel better but hopefully Monday the dr will say everything is ok and that I can go back to work on Tuesday. I said I would be back on Monday after the dr's appt but I'm thinking I need another day off to get better. I haven't been doing too much, well at least I don't think I am. I am having to take care of the puppy still, still not getting too much help in that area from my husband but something to be expected. He doesnt ever really help and when he does he thinks he deserves a medal for bullshit I do all the time and when I don't do it I'm asking for help.
Took the pooch out to the job with me today. Of course she was a big ol' hit. Everyone thought she was sweet and cute of course and also well behaved but we are still working on that part, lol. Ellie was sweet riding around in the car on her little cushion thing. She rode in my lap a little bit just because that is the spoiled bitch she is but she was sweet and not ancy. I'm glad I got her for X-mas, my rode dog, literally, lol. Too bad I can't travel with my two cats like that. I should have taught them but they are cats, they have their own crazy personalities that are way beyond me, lol.
I guess tonight I don't have much to say or even pics to share, especially after being in so much pain. Doubt I want to look back at this and see pics of my swollen tonsils, lol. Plus that wouldn't be sexy, fun but not sexy, lol. I haven't combed my hair in a few days but I must say I am sparkling clean. You could eat off me I'm so clean. I have taken at least 20 showers in about 10 days which is crazy but I take 2 showers a day but since I'm sick I have taken a few extra just to feel a little bit better. My husband has been there a little bit but he is sick too. I think he could be there a little better for the both of us if he would at least be sober until he is over his sinus infection but I know there I would be asking too much. To ask him to stop drinking is like asking him to cut off his right arm I guess. Welp I'm about to start rambling and get angry so I better hit the hay. Good night all.

Sittin' At Home

There Ms. Ellie is after a trip to the groomer. Isn't she just cute in her St. Patty's Day Shamrock bandana? She smelled good and had her nails done. Her nails were painted green, they actually still are green. I know it is too much but she's cuuute. I might have mentioned some of this before but I'm on my medicine and just rambling away. Friday it is, here I sit with a husband who has a sinus headache, another Friday I am bored to death at home. I am home all week. Maybe he'll be in bed sometime soon and I can hang out with ms. tinkerbelle. Have you all heard about the tainted pet food in the news? I think that is just some of the crazies stuff. To find out rat poison was in the food and 11 pets have passed because of it. I think that is sad that not only has our quality gone down but now the pets are being affected. From what I understand it was in the wheat product in the foods. Luckily I get a chance to spoil my pooch, she eats a product that does not contain wheat, by products, or anything else unnatural. The cats are on a special vet diet. Well at least one is, the other one has to be because we aren't buying two cat foods. One gets urinary tract infections so has to eat a special PHbalance food. Why in the world would you spray the yard knowing you own a puppy knowing you should read the product label before doing so. The backyard where the pooch does her business is where you sprayed, not reading the product first, what kind of sense does that make knowing she is going to need to go out one more time before going to Bangkok, come on now please. Today was a boring day at work. I could have screamed and trying to figure out why must we pull an 8 hr day. Why can't we just be on call, check the inbox, check voicemails from home.I am sure there is some way to figure out how to do that and make it a lot easier on my damn mind. I could have been doing so much other stuff at home than sitting at work surfing the internet or trying to find something else to do.

Sitting at home now bored another part of the day different place and I'm getting tired of just sitting at home every damn weekend at 29yrs old. I need to start going out with the girls or something at least once or twice a month because this here is silly. He wants to go out to eat and then come on home. Complains about spending money on a drink, blah blah blah. I think I might play a few online games, still trying to figure out slingo.

Now you took the dog out, didn't stay out there long enough but you want to fuss at her because she pooped in the house in the corner. I'm just tired of doing most of everything. You don't play with her so when she is going on 5mos now you want to play and she is wondering what you are doing and you can't figure out why. You don't help train her at home, I need HELP!!

Welp off to spend more time watching CNN which I've been watching since I've been home, grrrrrrrrruff.

Foolin Around

Here I sit on the couch with my new camera and nothing to do. The dog has just got to be by the cat who is by the window which is not driving me crazy at the moment. I had to put the pic of her coming out of her toy box. It is just too cute. It is fun to watch her climb into it. She throws one leg up, pulls up the other, and then plop she's in. She goes toy divin, entertainment for the whole family, ask ms tinkerbelle here she's seen it in action. Nothing more than fiddlin on the laptop debating about foolin with a bigger machine I keep putting off. I still think the puppy is going to drive me to drink this evening, hope she doesn't play those mind tricks, lol. Just typing what is coming to mind in this minuscule minute I have to myself. Ellie just came to molest me with kisses. My husband can't stand it but I don't mind it, that's how she tells me she loves me. All I ask is that she stays out of my mouth. Nasty Nasty!!! Wait, did I say how NASTY that was & is, lol!

Did I mention the beer beans I am making for dinner this evening? Oh I must say I do try to put my foot into every meal to make it very delish. Uh oh, here comes Ellie-poo about something or another. Attack of the killer Ellie, come on sing it now. I should have named her Cujo-ette instead of Elefantita aka Ellie. She's sweet, we can't do nothing but keep her.

My friend got sort of gushy on me on her first entry. She's a sweet person. She's gonna be one of those friends that 10yrs from now we'll sit back and wonder how did we meet and be surprised that is doesn't feel like 10yrs later.

Just gettin into the groove of things

Today is the day I started to co-author blogs on this page. I have enjoyed just setting up my blog, so I am sure I am going to enjoy blogging. I am new to this....but I think I can get the hang of it. I am glad I met Electrik Cocktail. I have a feeling we have a lot of fun things to come in our future. We are both open minded and we both want to enjoy and experience life. That has to make for a great combo...if not crazy at least...lol. Looking forward to it.
