Ode to Atlanta Hot Yoga and its healing heat!!!

So far I have taken 5days of 90min classes of Hot Yoga @ Atlanta Hot Yoga in Vinings or Vinnings, GA.It has been a marvelous experience everyday I go and I can't wait to go the four days out of the week I do go. The classes have been wonderful and I have been sweating my rumpus off every single class and I recommend it to anyone to take a class at least once in your life time if you do nothing else ever. I have taken classes in the evening and in the morning before. Now when I was taking them at the cosmic cafe in Dallas, TX I loved doing them in the evening. Classes started while the sun was up and as class went on the sun was going down. Oh, now that was a rev elating experience as well. Here in Atlanta I prefer my classes in the morning to kind of give me a pick me up for the rest of the day, it is how I start my day of activity besides the coffee and smoking I hold as a ritual before the Hot Yoga goes on of course, lmbao!!!
Tomorrow I go in for another class and that is when I start my Mostly Monthly (yoga 4 days a week) membership will begin. I got the mighty ruler, I mean OO8 to let go of the funds so I could stretch. Ok I'm teasing, it wasn't difficult but hey that was more interesting to read, lol. If the pounds don't start at least sweating off I don't know what else I can do at this point before I get liposuction, lol. Then I can start fresh for real and then become super fine and no one will know what to do with me, muahahahhhaha!!!

Ok Ok enough about my fat ass and my struggle against the weight. In a week Oct will be over and Nov will be upon us, YAY!!! We have a friend coming to visit that we haven't seen in Fo'eva the 3rd weekend in Nov and then we are going to TX for a little to celebrate Thanksgiving or at least spread our presence around the Dallas/Fort Worth area. You know, whichever works and whichever works first, lmbao.
We already have the places we want to go eat picked out. I can't believe we gotta wait until TX to have a good steak, great Mexican food, and some damn good pizza as well. I can't wait to get back there and have a nice delicious Al's burger and of course fries. I gotta throw one of those visits in cuz Al has some hamburgers that will make you slap somebody and I mean anybody, lol.
Then we gotta drink to Mel's divorce that was finally what a week or so ago. Hopefully we will be some drinking fools cuz we aren't here but then again it isn't like we have a ton of folks to drink with. We don't want to be the drunk couple around Smyrna,GA, lol.

I found out about....

I found out about this delicious treat called Happy Hippo. It is something that they have on a regular basis over in Europe or at least Italy for sure. I found it when we went to a European/International Market near this kick ass pizza place called Blue Moon Pizza but that is another story. I almost didn't pick up the Happy Hippo until OO8 told me Holls just loves them. So when we were picking out what we were going to take home I had to pick Happy Hippo and OMG I am so glad I did but then again I hate I did cuz now I got to have them regularly stocked almost, lol. I've thrown in a few pics of the cute little sucker. Ok now we went to Ikea because we had to pick up a few things of course finding a few things I'm sure we didn't need along the way. One of those things was a stuffed dog and of course you guessed it OO8 had to buy that for Ellie. Ellie has just been loving that thing to death. I don't think she knows what to do with herself with that thing around now. The one I bought her to replace another one has almost bit the dust with a few more humps and chews left in it but since "Flander" has been around she has just been in love. I have never seen a chihuahua hump something, chew something, rest on something so much. I have added a few pics and a little movie of that little princess as well. I can't believe her sometimes. That lil' pooch is just too much and so much OO8's lil' buddy. They are just so cute together, it is just too much I tell ya too much. Now the other day OO8 and I went out to CostCo to get new memberships and see what they had to offer us. OO8 wanted some new pans you know to fry in and do eggs in, so he wanted to go be "nosey around" as he likes to call it. We did a little bit too much nosing around but I think it was a good idea. We walked away with some good deals I think besides when we got back and started freezing what we had it was hard to shut the freezer. If I know one thing we don't waste our money going out to eat that is for sure. We do a lot of our cooking at home and our refridgerator & freezer can prove that right there. I'm by no means complaining. Cuz at the moment I hate getting dressed to go out somewhere. I'm changing that though cuz the kettle bell is working honies it is working. I can tell in my strength and muscle tone, besides I've lost 3lbs in 2weeks, YAY!!! I wanted to do Yoga today but I had a headache all day and OO8 was just wonderful about it too. He usually always is but this time he was extra special. I forgot to mention he bought me some pretty two tone pink roses at CostCo. They are in a pitcher right now, a cute glass one but a pitcher none the less. He has been a freak on ebay lately and bought me a beautiful vase. I mean he has just been buying all kinds of stuff from there lately but that will be another blog once we have ALL of OUR stuff in, yes I said ALL of OURstuff in. He has just been buying stuff up. I mean stuff we use and paintings/prints to fill our white walls but still sheesh baby, lol. But hey, I don't mind cuz he has bought me some nice gifts on there. Once again that is another blog. OO8 has just been really decorating the place, adding color, different types of lamps, prints/paintings on the wall, etc and it has just been turning out so nice. I will take pics and post them as well as soon as I'm better tomorrow and have had the chance to straighten up enough to take pics. I'm making lunch tomorrow for the ladies in the apartment management office. We were talking one day last week and I said I would make chicken cacciatora for them this Thursday. OO8 is excited about having it again for lunch. He says I really make it good. Last time I made it I forgot a few ingredients because it was my first time making it by myself but he said it was still wonderfully deliciious. Ok maybe he didn't use those words but hey you know what I mean and ya'll know what he said just about, lol.

My life Saturday thru Sunday consist of sports. Usually more so on Sunday which usually it is Sunday all day sports. This Sunday there is no soccer which means he won't be getting up to go to work to go watch Napoli play and I won't be forced to watch 2 games of soccer and deal with him spending forever writing his blog. Which don't get me wrong I'm glad he is into soccer and is writing a blog and sharing it with his friends you know, blah blah blah. I say all that to say I may be getting out of soccer this weekend but I'm not getting out of football, lol. He purchased tickets for the Falcons vs. Bears this Sunday. Some collegues of his are coming down from Charleston this weekend and they want to go to a game. One of them is going back to Italy to work and he is leaving at the end of the month so I can be a champ and go and be festive. Which hey I'm not complaining. I actually like going cuz I will have my beer and my nasty food which is always a plus, lol.
