Exploring and much more

Yesterday I went out into the world (Atlanta,GA) a little bit and it was pretty interesting. I was suggested to go checkout Atlanta Underground which I did but ummm I was unimpressed. The website made it look like something we (O & I) needed to go visit as being brand new to the area. I thought to myself I better go and check it out before we both go and we are both disappointed with no where else to go or O being so disappointed he wouldn't want to go anywhere else for a while. I went, I saw and I won't be going back except maybe to checkout this particular club there but who knows, I may just forgot about that club or two. Even the restaurants weren't calling me back to that place. The parking was ok but crowded. I think I was by a University or two which is cool being that I might start going to one of them in the future. Today I looked at a website about 50 fun things to do in Atlanta. Of course Atlanta Underground was on there and of course crossed out in my mind. Lenox Square was on there which we've been to and like. Phipps is on there which claims to be near Lenox which I didn't see but will have to go back and give a look see. I also found the Outlets which I know 008 will be ready and willing to go. Atlantic Station though is where I will be headed today and hopefully find it more fascinating than yesterday's early adventure. I felt a lot better yesterday too venturing out instead of staying in or around my area. It gave my mind something to do instead of staying home and letting my mind wander about silly stuff.

Went back to Lenox Square bcuz I wanted to check it out fully instead of the quick overview I had Valentine's Day shopping for 008. I found the Mont Blac store and Hermes and decided to go into both. Hermes almost felt like I wasn't suppose to be in there. Not by the actual sales people or actually one of them but by the guard/officer in there and one of the sales people. That's ok though, I might be back and I might not but either way I know I can afford what is in there so HA!!! on them. Mont Blac was kind of intimidating but hey it would be to you too if you went in and your mouth was semi dropped, lol. I just went in to find out about changing my nib on my pen and how much that would be. When I found out the price of my pen and nib, my mouth dropped, I gasped and verbally said WOW outloud but of course in a nice soft inside wow voice. I had to tell the guy, hey I didn't buy the pen it was a gift so I was just curious and WOW once again. I can understand why the prices are not listed on the website, lol. When items are that expensive prices are not listed. I really didn't care and still don't care how much the pen cost, it is most valuable and precious to me either way and 008 knew it would be when he gave it to me.

I think it was death

Last night is when it started; I couldn't breathe to save anyone's life. I took a hot shower and even had eucalyptus in the bathtub and nothing seemed to help my breathing problem and then this morning is when it hit. I couldn't breathe at all. Today was horrible. Allergies here are going to be something serious I already see and hopefully we won't be here that long for me to go through it twice cuz this shit right here isn't fun at all. Got sick to my stomach twice, could only eat a cup of soup and about five crackers spread out through the day. I couldn't wait for O to get home to take care of the zoo and me, especially me because I needed some drugs for these allergies from Walgreens and just couldn't handle another trip out.
I went to Hobby Lobby thinking that would help me if I got out and boy I was wrong. I was all weak and carrying on. Tried catching a nap but that wasn't going to well. I learned that after Mel called me. Which her calling is always cool and kind of glad she called me when she did cuz I probably wouldn't have thought of what to get at Walgreens without having to go with O.
I'm blessed to have him in my life. He is so wonderful but shhhh don't tell him that, he'll get the big head, lol. He took care of me and the pooch. Glad he is able to handle me sick cuz when he is sick he wants to be left alone to sleep and me I am all clingy and all over him. Of course I'm all over him any other time but more so now than when I am healthy and can do my own thing. We ended sitting on the couch and watching the Cavaliers vs. Wizards. Of course his pick LeBron James was playing so I'm sure that is the main reason we were watching it or he would have kept up with it on the internet while playing that damn Travian, lol.
Well he is about to get on here on the webcam with his friend F, so I'm calling it quits this evening. Actually this is only the third time I've been on the computer today. I'm telling you I was dying and hopefully that has passed.

Tuesday, another day in Georgia

Today is a new day and a better day. I say better because the apartment is falling into place and becoming more like home which is a great thing. I've added working out to my daily routine as well as trying not to kill the crazy pooch for being ferocious with Merlin, Osmo and us, lol. Actually she has been quite festive but when I start vaccuming you would think the world has gone crazy because she is barking at it and chasing it like she is out of her mind. I think she is out of her mind and already out of her mind before vaccuming but still, lol. I do need to get it together and file my taxes, that is the last important thing I need to do besides making sure my soon to be ex has notarized the divorce information and has signed and sent back the other paperwork I asked him to do for the bank to have him removed from my accounts. I will harrass him tomorrow to see if he has had that done. I already did most of the work he should have been doing but oh well. We shall see what he has to say when I call and talk to him tomorrow about the paperwork.

Today, this day in Georgia

I haven't written here in about a month. I started keeping a paper journal since O bought me a Mont Blanc pen for Valentine's Day. Oh I cream everytime I get a chance to write with it so I've bought two journals to write in with the pen. Journal 1 and Journal 2, one is black with grid paper and the other is a blue one made in Italy with different pieces of colored paper in it. Today so far has been a good day. We both woke up at a decent time or at least I did, lol. It was more like a spring day with the weather, sunny w/chilly light breeze, lol. We went to whole foods and made some interesting purchases especially when it came to dog food. She now has some pheasant and duck to try. The lady checking us out looked at it weird and I don't know why. People eat duck and phesant or have why can't dogs. O bought a lamb today and made it in the pressure cooker for me like I asked and he promised he would. Oh it was delish, finally having some decent bread to eat it with. Oh man today's lunch was just scrumptious. We also had some interesting strawberry cake from there. I think I would have bought/tried something else but he said that was the only one calling him and for once I wanted something he made a decision on not whatever I want, lol.
Man have we been chatting with friends and family like crazy today and some of yesterday too. Well yesterday we did more big furniture shopping and assembling more than anything. Saturday afternoon we chatted with his mom and his sister then his best friend R but Sunday it was H, chip & chop and me with M on messenger most of the day. Saturday we bought finally a desk w/chair, a trunk to put the sheets in and the tv on top, O a nightstand and last but not least a nice outside table along with chairs. Also not to mention a candle holder for the candles my mom gave me as well as the ones I got from T for Christmas. Today we unpacked some more boxes and have the movies, books, playstation games and my workout videos organized. O & I felt the same way, that the place is finally starting to become home.
Now he is in there sleep at 9:41pm which it would be 8:41pm if time hadn't sprung forward on us not to mention we moved an hour ahead as well. Going from central time to eastern standard.
