It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood, won't you be my neighbor?

The weekend was different than something I've experienced before. OO8 & I moved furniture around and now we have a very different living spot. Not different in the fact that it is so unique it has to be called different but different in the fact that it is more open, we have a new 45 bottle wine cooler, new "bar" area, in need of a new coffee table and the sunroom has a new & better table for it. Saturday went from hanging pictures on the wall so it could finally feel like home to let rearrange the furniture because OO8 needed something different, lol. Oh, we also have new patio chairs. Festive little patio rocking chairs we scooped up at Target. We took full advantage of enjoying them when we had Sunday lunch outside on the patio precluded with a cocktail of peach vodka & orange juice.

It is now reality and something to be excited about, I'm going to Italy. My passport is in my hand, the ticket has been purchased and shortly I will be in a far away place, a place half way around the world. A place that is going to take 20hrs to get to by plane with a stop where you ask, in Paris. Ah, Paris, a place I would love to see but OO8 says it is a place he won't visit but he'll take a connection flight through there and tease me with the idea of Paris. Oh, OO8 how I want to shake you so, lol. We are staying for 3 weeks so I think I'll have time to get plenty of pictures, lol.
