
I haven't been in this sucka in a while but here it the heck goes. Today is another new start. I gotta get back on track and lose the last bit of weight I need to lose.
Here it is my very first day trying something new once again to lose weight. I'm giving extreme fat smash a chance to lose 12lbs in 3 weeks. Now I haven't worked out yet, that will be the 2nd challenge of the day but I have passed the first so far which is to eat exactly what was/is specified for today. I went a little overboard with the veggie servings but I couldn't help it. I guess my body just needed the nutrients and such. I gotta get back into taking my vitamins. That would help me so much in losing weight also. I had yoga planned for a workout today but that doesn't strike me. I think I'm going to do my cardio kick and my cardio hip hop to get my workout on this evening. Tomorrow I'm going to hit the little new gym at work and see what that is all about. I guess I better hit that early in the morning though before it gets crowded in that sucka. I forgot to tell Mel about it but I can call here right fast, she'll be excited, hell I'm excited because it is also FREE!!!
Today I ate:
1egg, a golden delicious apple
2small plums & strawberries
garden salad w/honey mustard
pinto beans, diced tomatoes, mushrooms, zucchini, bell peppers
green chai tea
peach fresca
1/2 diet pepsi
6glasses of water
Exercise so far is a mystery but hopefully I'll be able to come back and right about it, lol.
I'm glad for my sister too because she is going to start this plan with me. She has two years to lose about 30lbs I am guessing could be less though, to be a cheerleader I am guessing her senior year in high school. She is really determined because she is ready for the book for the plan and the yoga book I'm going to give her. She is going to reach her goal in no time and be a really happy camper.
