Here is a pic of my trip to Central Market in Fort Worth. Not a big trip, something I do on a kind of regular basis so not a big deal but just thought I would snap a pic of it. I should of snapped a pic of what the cart looked like before I checked out, now that was the scary thing, lol. It wasnt too bad though especially when it comes to getting these last few pounds I've gained and the previous ones off of this body. My best friend came with me for today's outing all across Dallas/Fort Worth but she wasn't feeling too hot. She is starting to get sick after being through so much mental and physically but I'm sure she'll make it through because she is becoming a much stronger person slowly but surely. I'm proud of her but this whole thing will take time. Grrrrrrr but I know how it can feel like forever.
