Attack of the festive friday monkey

Today is just another festive Friday. Not much has gone on at the beginning of this day. I was finally able to cook myself breakfast on our new gas range. Ended up having to go to the grocery store last night spending a god awful amount of money for not so much stuff or what seemed like not so much stuff but I guess I did make a meatloaf and asparaghus which the meatloaf is two nights worth of dinner. Then there was all the water I bought plus breakfast stuff. I must say though cooking breakfast on the gas range is so much easier which makes cooking quicker I think. I had everything cooked w/time to spare trying to put on eyelashes my dear friend Cherie has yet to help me with but that's alright I'm going to get my other dear friend Melissa to assist me with them. I tried this morning before going to work with a little luck but I need the black adhesive, which I might check Sally's Beauty Supply and see if they actually have the lash applicator. Perhaps if they do I can do it myself. We shall see.

I was and still might go to the Goodwill midnight madness sale but I'm suppose to get with Mel and hang with her a tad bit over burgers and beers which I think I'm going to do for a tanch of time instead of the sale since she is running off on me again. This time to Houston. Hope she'll have a good time, I'll be here doing nothing as usual. The same ol' run the dog around stuff. I might try and get my nails and feet done and see if the same place will put on my eyelashes too. Hell I deserve it!!

What I would really like to do is going to the movies but finding a movie buddy is hard to do. Was suppose to go see The Reaping last weekend with a chick I use to work with but she stood me up. Didn't want to answer the phone and has yet to even call me. Oh well, all I have to say is next time don't come calling asking me to go to the movies if you are going to be flakey about it. I can't stand flakey people. One of my many and biggest pet peeves. Then my movie husband has been neglecting me but that's ok, I've joined a site http://www.meetup.com and joined a movie meet-up group that meets locally for movies and such. Once Ms. Ellie poo gets out of training class (that's this Saturday by the way) I'll be able to be a more active participant in that. I'm also part of beer, women's social, small dogs, chihuahua meet up groups. I've participated in two of the meet ups but not the beer, movie or women's social yet. I plan on to and plan on having lots of fun especially in the pass me a beer meet up group.

I think I am finished with this entry. I am starving and need to dash down to get some vittles. I have no clue what I want to eat and I sure would hate to eat hamburger and fries twice in one day but I may not be able to escape it, lol.
